Helping Nightingale House Hospice

We have helped many local hospices in recent times so we were pleased to add Nightingale House to our list of beneficiaries.  This hospice in Wrexham provides a Specialist Palliative Care Service for patients with specific life-limiting illnesses from North East Wales and the border towns.  Nightingale House approached us to support the refurbishment of their reception area and Day Centre, two very busy parts of the hospice.  We were delighted to help with this project by gifting an £11,000 grant towards the completion of this necessary work.

Christine Dukes, Individual Giving Officer from the charity commented, “Nightingale House Hospice are very grateful to the Williams Family Foundation for the award of a grant towards the refurbishment of the reception area at the Hospice. This will ensure that our floor areas are not only bright but also hygienic and responsive to the needs of all of our patients and their families including those with diverse clinical needs.”
