Willaston Pre-school

Willaston Pre-school already provides Ofsted judged “outstanding” early years care for three and four year olds but they wanted to extend their admission age to include two year olds.

The Williams Family Foundation were delighted to help this charity with their new venture, especially as they were including children with special educational needs and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The grant provided by the foundation has enabled Willaston Pre-school to purchase extra equipment needed for their new younger members.

Debbie Reyland, Treasurer & Trustee of Willaston Pre-school commented:

Our project directly benefits 2 year olds and their families, not only by enhancing each child’s learning prospects (so that by the time they enter primary school they have the best chance of benefiting from their formal education whatever their background) but also their families, who have the opportunity to work or undertake training whilst their children attend the pre-school.

We are immensely grateful to the Williams Family Foundation as their donation enabled us to complete our project much sooner than expected.
